The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the childrenOur Assistant Directors are:Accountable! Help achieve profitability for the company.Job Requirements:Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.High School diploma or equivalent.Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.AA degree in early childhood education/child develop required with a plan of study to complete BA degree. Compensation/Benefits:Compensation of $22.89/starting hourly based on Position, Education and Experience.
