Join a dynamic team dedicated to creating impactful, customer-facing content and product education for industry-leading productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 and Copilot. As a Motion Designer, you will translate complex product narratives and visual assets into engaging video and motion sequences that educate, inspire, and drive customer engagement.

responsibilities:
- Design, edit, and animate high-quality motion graphics and video content for social, marketing, and product education channels.
- Edit raw screen captures, demos, animations, and visual assets into polished, brand-aligned videos with clean transitions, audio sync, and typography.
- Utilize Figma to access UI designs and product assets, ensuring video captures accurately reflect actual product experiences.
- Maintain rigorous production discipline, managing file organization, version control, naming conventions, and project milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across design and product teams to translate creative feedback into polished visual deliverables.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Film/Video Production, or a related field.
2-4 years of professional motion design, video editing, or digital production experience.
Advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro, alongside working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
Proficiency in Figma for navigating files, extracting UI assets, and preparing visual content.
Proven portfolio showcasing motion graphics, editing pacing, visual hierarchy, and polished production execution.
Must be based on the West Coast or able to work PST hours.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience creating video or motion assets for SaaS, technology, or enterprise productivity environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, Clipchamp, and AI tools like Copilot.
Knowledge of video accessibility standards, including clear contrast, readable typography, and closed captioning.
